I lost my husband and best friend in 1999, after twenty-one years of marriage. My grief process was lengthy and complex and I felt stuck in layers of unresolved grief.
As part of my healing, I filled numerous journals with my thoughts and feelings. A review of these journals several years later revealed insights into the grief process which I am now committed to sharing with other grievers.
I attended seminary for 3 years and also received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I've also worked in various areas of hands on healing.
I incorporate my vast personal experience and education into grief coaching products and services.
